This series of bent welded pipes are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel tube, processed by CNC pipe bending and TIG argon-arc full welding. Flange connection ends are machined for quick bolt-on installation. Pre-drilled sensor ports are reserved for oxygen sensor or temperature sensor mounting. Selected assemblies are equipped with flexible bellows segment to absorb vibration and offset installation misalignment, reducing stress cracking risk.

The complex multi-bend profile is customized according to vehicle chassis or equipment layout. Weld seams are treated to ensure air-tight performance, resisting hightemperature exhaust gas corrosion. Widely applied for automotive retrofit downpipe, heavy-duty machinery, generator set exhaust systems. Surface options include raw welded finish, polishing, sandblasting.

Factory Production & Testing Capacity

Our workshop is equipped with 102 CNC lathes, 47 CNC machining centers, and 15 Taiwan-origin precision punch presses. Complete secondary-processing facilities on-site: pipe bending machines, TIG welding equipment, wire-cut EDM, surface grinders, milling machines, sawing machines and polishing grinders. Metrology lab fitted with optical comparator and multiple precision measuring instruments to strictly control dimension tolerance.
